To continuously improve our quality management system by closely monitoring technological developments such as GPS tracking, telematics data analysis and digital operations management. To work with our IT solutions partner BMK Teknoloji across the server, network, cybersecurity and enterprise software integration layers of our information technology infrastructure — securing business continuity, data security and operational stability at corporate level; and to allocate the resources needed to integrate sector innovations into our company structure in a planned manner.

To manage our young-average-age fleet through planned maintenance, periodic audits and sustainability criteria. To make hybrid and electric vehicle transition, carbon footprint reporting and driver-behaviour monitoring an inseparable part of our operations — turning environmental responsibility into measurable outcomes.
This policy is approved by Samtas Turizm General Management and is implemented in an integrated manner with our quality, environment and occupational safety management systems.
