From kindergarten to university, private and public — our school transport service is a planned, audited, reportable journey from your child's door to the school gate, with real-time parent visibility.
All our drivers complete dedicated student-transport training programmes. They are certified in child development, first-aid, crisis management and school protocol. They begin duty after periodic background and health screening; psychotechnical evaluation is renewed each season.
Every vehicle has a certified hostess/companion. Hostesses are responsible for the student's boarding and delivery to the school gate. Through our e-parent system, the trip departure, child boarding, arrival location and school delivery are notified to parents in real time via SMS and mobile app.
Our vehicles hold the IMM Restricted Service Plate Permit and are equipped with child seats, safety belts, in-cabin camera recording and speed limiters. Periodic technical inspection, seasonal maintenance and daily safety checks are mandatory. All vehicles are covered by extended casco and student personal accident insurance.
We work under annual protocols with educational institutions; we offer regular review meetings with school management, parent satisfaction surveys and monthly performance reports (attendance, on-time, feedback). Our 24/7 operations centre is always ready for rapid response in emergencies.
