From a single airport transfer to 50+ vehicle fair/congress logistics, we design organisations sized to need, run with professional field coordination. In every scenario, route planning, gathering points, dispatch programmes and backup vehicle plans are clarified in advance.
Our drivers — versed in Istanbul's busy traffic, with knowledge of bridge, tunnel and coastal road conditions, alternative routes and live ops monitoring — keep the risk of delay to a minimum. On event day, our dedicated on-site coordinator orchestrates drivers, attendees and the host team from a single point.
All drivers undergo training in corporate event protocol, dress code (black suit/shirt) and social conduct. For events with predominantly foreign attendees, English-speaking driver assignment is also possible.
Post-event reports include total trips, on-time percentage, attendee feedback, invoice details and improvement suggestions — transparently shared. For recurring events, we can also draw up an annual framework agreement.
